Eszter Palágyi is the head chef at Costes Restaurant in Budapest, Hungary. This popular Michelin-starred establishment was also chosen as the best restaurant in 2017 by Dining Guide, winning this accolade for the third time.
Eszter is a creative chef with 14 years of experience working in many Michelin-starred restaurants around the world. Her culinary journey has taken her to the likes of Hilton Budapest, Hibiscus London, Aspinalls Private Club London, L’Atelier De Joel Robuchon London and Taubenkobel Austria. The latter she considers her biggest influence food-wise because of the use of organic products and local sourcing.
Now at her own kitchen in Budapest, Eszter is creating innovative dishes with Hungarian products and traditional combinations on a daily basis, and bringing them to a high gastronomic level.
