Marc Stierand, PhD, is Associate Professor of Service Management and Director of the Institute of Business Creativity (IBC) both at the École Hôtelière de Lausanne. His research focuses on managerial and organisational cognition and management education and development, with a particular interest in personal and team creativity, intuition, and talent. Marc has authored several papers in diverse outlets including Management Learning, the Journal of Creative Behaviour, Creativity and Innovation Management, the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management and the Handbook of Research Methods on Intuition. He serves on the Editorial Board of Tourism Review and the Journal of Contemporary Issues in Business and Government and is a steering group member of the Research Methodology Special Interest Group at the British Academy of Management.
