Daniel Alfonso is the Global Senior Vice President of People and Culture at the Radisson Hotel Group. Daniel is also a faculty on the Graduate Programme for Sustainable Tourism at the University of Luzern, a Researcher at Cranfield School of Management, and a certified executive coach.

Through his career, Daniel has held regional and global Human Resources positions in leading organisations including Mölnlycke Healthcare, Hästens and Avon Cosmetics, has worked as a Talent and Rewards consultant with Watson Wyatt and has been an entrepreneur in the hospitality and consulting businesses.
