One month before the event dates, we publish an online directory for registered attendees, to read full profiles and make your selections. We send you your personalised schedule one week prior to the event so you can fully prepare. All meetings are pre-selected, no random meetings.
All meetings take place in the Grand Ballroom at the event hotel, with every supplier having a meeting table and product display table. We bring the buyers to you at your meeting point, according to your personalised schedule.
