Terms & Conditions TO THE TABLE Europe 2018
Specific terms for registered buyers:
Once registered, your commitment to attend is relied upon. If unforeseen circumstances make your cancellation unavoidable, then you will need to provide a suitable senior replacement.
Specific terms for suppliers:
In the event of cancellation on or before three months prior to the event, the delegate company will be liable to pay 30% of the invoice total. Cancellation thereafter will incur 100% of the invoiced fee. All cancellations must be given in writing.
No delegate may attend the event unless all payment is received by one month prior to the event.
In the event that TO THE TABLE is cancelled by the organisers, all deposits & payments made to the organisers will be refunded in full. The organisers, Snap Events Ltd, will not be held liable for further costs.
Terms for all:
No private functions may be organised involving any delegates during the TO THE TABLE programme.
No persons may attend any part of the event other than those officially under the TO THE TABLE programme.
Personal travel insurance must be arranged by the delegate.
Vaccinations (where applicable) must be organised by the delegate.
Visa requirements (where applicable) must be organised by the delegate.
The event includes accommodation at the event hotel for the three nights of the event.
By registering, you agree that the information you provide will be stored securely and shared only to other attendees of the event, for the purpose of the event. There will be no other sharing of information. At the event there will be a photographer documenting the event and photographs will be used to promote future events, if you don’t wish a photograph of you to be used in this way, it is your responsibility to inform the organisers.
