Vice President Operations Management – Eastern Europe for Premium, Midscale & Eco Brands - Accor Hotels

Jean is the current Vice President Operations Management – Eastern Europe for Premium, Midscale & Eco Brands for Accor Hotels.

Jean is a hospitality expert with over two decades of international operational, financial, sales and marketing expertise. His professional career began with F&B at Michelin Star restaurant following by high-class catering company Potel & Chabot located in Paris.

He joined Accor in 2005 with the 742-room Novotel Warsaw Centrum, his career brought him to Moscow. Jean continues his career by joining Sofitel Brand in Budapest and Warsaw. He returned to Hungary in 2017 leading a flagship hotel of Eastern Europe, Novotel Budapest City and Budapest Congress Centre.

Jean is now in charge of pursuing high quality of operations and high performance of hotels under his responsibilities: Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Albania and support hotel openings.

He is fluent in French, English, and speaks German, Polish as well. He is an avid fan of rugby, a foodie and loves travelling.
