Johannes Hartmann is an international hospitality executive with over 20 years of experience across luxury restaurants and global lifestyle hotels. As Global Director of Food & Beverage at Ennismore, he works across all brands, supporting F&B performance, concept delivery and operational alignment in partnership with cross-functional and ownership teams in multiple markets.
Prior to Ennismore, Johannes held senior leadership roles with Gordon Ramsay Group, Jason Atherton Restaurants, Experimental Group and The Birley Clubs. His background in Michelin-level environments, combined with experience across openings and multi-site operations, shapes a commercially grounded and standards-driven approach to modern hospitality.
