With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Jordan has built a career defined by innovation, creativity and award-winning execution. His journey began at PPHE Hotel Group, where he held a variety of roles spanning multisite restaurant and bar operations, brand management and the development of trend-setting concepts for destination venues. His forward-thinking approach earned him multiple accolades, including the prestigious Acorn Award - recognising the top 30 under 30 talents in UK hospitality.
Jordan most recently brought his visionary touch to the edyn group, where he led the curation and activation of restaurant, bar and sensory-driven guest spaces across the group’s distinctive LOCKE properties. Under his leadership, the food & beverage portfolio expanded dramatically from 5 to 26 outlets, culminating in edyn receiving its first Michelin star - a testament to his ability to scale quality with creativity.
Before edyn, Jordan spent four impactful years at IHG, playing a key role in the evolution of their lifestyle brands. He helped craft and launch innovative restaurant and bar concepts globally and was instrumental in redefining the food and beverage positioning for IHG’s upscale portfolio.
