Miguel is a hospitality professional with more than 20 years of international experience in luxury hotels, restaurants, and food & beverage operations.
As Head of Culinary, Restaurants & Bars for Corinthia Hotels, he oversees the culinary and restaurant strategy across the group's global portfolio, supporting both operating hotels and new developments. His role encompasses concept creation, pre-openings, culinary innovation, operational excellence, brand standards, financial performance and strategic partnerships with some of the industry's leading chefs and restaurant operators.
Throughout his career, he has worked across different locations, holding senior culinary leadership positions with internationally recognised hospitality brands before joining Corinthia Hotels. Since then, he has been involved in the development and opening of several landmark projects while driving the evolution of Corinthia's food and beverage offering worldwide.
His passion lies in creating memorable guest experiences through distinctive restaurant concepts, elevated culinary standards and strong team cultures. He has extensive experience in luxury dining, lifestyle restaurants, banqueting, pre-opening operations, food innovation and large-scale hospitality management.
Today, he works closely with owners, developers, hotel leadership teams, chefs and industry partners to shape the future of restaurants, bars and culinary experiences across the Corinthia portfolio. His focus is on delivering innovative concepts, operational excellence, sustainable growth and exceptional guest experiences that strengthen the position of Corinthia as a leader in luxury hospitality.
