Mitz is a London based hospitality professional currently responsible for F&B concepts and new openings globally at Radisson Hotel Group.

The Radisson family of brands can be found around the world in more than 120 countries, with currently over 1,700 hotels in operation and under development. Radisson Hotel Group operates the business in EMEA and APAC with over 1,150 hotels in operation and under development.

After gaining a diploma in Culinary Arts, Mitz started his career with an internship at Zee’s Patio & Grill, a highvolume restaurant in the heart of the theatre district in Niagara on the Lake, Canada. True passion for cooking and desire for growth led him to work for top restaurants around the Niagara region and rest of Canada like Treadwell’s, Hillebrand Estate Winery Restaurant, The Eden and The Wickanninish Inn in Tofino.

Having lived and worked across Canada, he decided to move to London, where he started working at the newly opened Palomar Restaurant which won most of the restaurant awards that year. After a successful stint there, he was offered to open Foley’s restaurant where he was awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand after only 3 months of being open.

In September 2017, Mitz decided to continue his growth with Ennismore. For 2 years, he developed the culinary concepts, developed training programs along with setting up sustainable and seasonal food supply chain at all the Hoxton and Ennismore restaurants across UK & Europe.

Then in 2019, Mitz joined Radisson Hotel Group and is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of restaurant and bars concepts globally.
