A visionary and accomplished leader, Nicolas Hauvespre heads up the commercial team across the Middle East, India, Indian Ocean and the Americas (MEIA) for international luxury hospitality company Shangri-La Group. Leveraging decades of experience in brand, marketing, loyalty, sales and revenue management, Nicolas sets the direction and source market strategy to support the Group’s commercial goals across the region.
Prior to joining Shangri-La, Nicolas was the Senior Vice President of Brand and Marketing for Loews Hotels & Co based in the US, and held several director level roles in loyalty, marketing and operations for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.
As Vice President of Commercial, Nicolas plays a key role in inspiring and driving dynamic global and regional brand campaigns to drive business growth. Nicolas’s passion lies in developing people and creating exceptional, personalized guest experiences that deliver brand awareness, adoption and revenue.
