Shay Corbett is a hospitality strategist and concept developer whose career spans the United States and Europe, working at the intersection of food and beverage, brand strategy and guest experience.

Today, he shapes restaurant and bar concepts across Europe as Senior Manager, F&B Design & Development at Marriott International. Drawing on experience in hospitality consulting, creative strategy, and luxury fashion, Shay brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the creation of F&B experiences. His work is rooted in the belief that the strongest concepts begin with an authentic story, one that connects culture, place, and people in meaningful ways.

Originally trained as an attorney, Shay's unconventional path continues to inform his approach: marrying strategy and creativity to develop concepts that are both commercially relevant and emotionally resonant. Through his work, he explores how food, beverage and storytelling foster connection and create experiences that linger in guests’ minds long after they leave.
